Dynamic Equity Methodology Implementation
Dynamic equity is a methodology for determining how equity is allocated in a start-up business and importantly how it is recovered (realised) when someone leaves the business. The dynamic-equity model protects the business and the individual participants by creating a fair split. Small adjustments to equity splits allow the shareholders to measure effort invested without arguments about keeping things fair.
Our structures provide an effective mechanism for management/ next generation owners to purchase shares in the company they work for. The benefits of the structures are directly dependent on the growth in earnings of the company concerned. It also caters for succession planning considerations where a founder shareholder wishes to align the interests of new prospective owners with the overall performance of the business.
